A movement for movement

Aspects of private practice physiotherapy were not in keeping with our philosophy of best practice patient care.

We wanted to take our time, educate, engage and improve people's self awareness. To use our full scope in an environment that was conducive to so;

So in 2016 we built it.

No magic machines;
this is hands-on.

  • It starts with a great team

    All our team are health professionals with a university degree in Physiotherapy. We’re also personal trainers , movement experts, acupuncturists and massage therapists… We purposefully and gladly blur these lines.

    Our friendly team will use their in depth knowledge of the body, combined with hands-on clinical skills, to assess, diagnose and treat your symptoms.

  • A multifaceted approach

    Our foundation is movement, our practice versatile, our strength programs specific and real world. We use proven techniques and our approach can help restore movement and function for life!

    We spend a full hour with our clients working on manipulation, mobilisation, massage and acupuncture as a means to facilitate movement.

We walk the talk by being active, movement focused people ourselves...
